Bergischer Weg: Stage 2

Cultural treats like the Baroque Schloss Hardenberg and Nevigeser Wallfahrtsdom, a pilgrimage cathedral built by Gottfried Böhm, line the route to the source of the river that gave Düsseldorf its name. Wülfrath not only boasts the Zeittunnel (time tunnel) but also Europe's largest limestone quarry. Niederbergische Museum entices not only with historical treats - you can also pre-book the region’s culinary speciality: the Bergische Kaffeetafel (coffee and snacks).
