The Bergisch Trail: Stage 9

This stage of the Bergische Weg (Bergisch Trail) runs through wildly romantic, lonely valleys and over soft, rolling hills without presenting too much of a challenge for hikers - as soon as the one steep climb out of the Aggertal valley has been overcome. In addition to lush natural surroundings, traces of mining, interesting milling histories and the secret of the legends around the “Mücher Heufresser" are to be discovered, as the inhabitants of the village that is the stage destination are known.
