The Bergisch Trail: Stage 14

As a finale, the Bergische Weg (Bergisch Trail) offers another view of large parts of the Bergisches Land. From Löwenburg in the Siebengebirge, a fantastic view of the Rhine valley also opens up. The hustle and bustle sets the ambience at the final destination of the long-distance hike on Drachenfels near Königswinter. Before the finale, there is one last challenge: the ascent from Rhöndorf, home of the first German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer, to the most striking Siebengebirge summit. The view from Drachenfels makes it all worthwhile.
